Minimal food to survive for the 3 days.
(calculated nutritionally)

Medical provisions catered for.
(e.g. inhalers etc)

Equivelant of 1 toilet break every 2 hours.
(to be taken at the participant's leisure)

1 Luxury item allowed each
(no mobile phones)

3 Mystery tasks will be given, each resulting in a reward if completed successfully.

Participants must perform the show 'Everyone Should Have a Gun' in the last hour of the challenge.
