Uber Hate Gang Terms of Membership

By signing up as a member of the Uber Hate Gang you agree to the following terms of membership:

1.  You will only link photos or video that you have personally created
2.  You will not link any offensive or pornographic material that is likely to cause offence.
3. You agree to your material being shown on our website 
4. You authorise the Uber Hate Gang to use your material in any way it wishes to promote the gang.
5.  If your material is removed from the hosting site (YouTube / Picasa / Flikr) any reason beyond our control, it will be removed from our site and all related points will also be removed. Points cannot be reinstated in this case.
6.  You should not link duplicate material... in this case the duplicate with the lowet score will be removed and all related points will also be removed.
7.  THese terms of membership can be changed at anytime and without notice.
